Assembling the Frame

  • Disassemble the frame by gently pushing the blunt end of a pen through the circle on the back of the sign holder. You'll find an acrylic cover, one white mat and one black mat inside.
  • Peel off the protective sheet on both sides of the clear cover.
  • Place a printed sign (8.5" by 11") or photograph inside the frame.
  • If you wish to use one of the mats, place it over the sign or photograph.
  • TIP: For vertical pictures, make sure that the ExcelMark logo on the back of the frame is upright. For horizontal pictures, make sure that the "E" in the ExcelMark logo is towards the top of the frame.
  • Finally, slide the top half of the clear cover into the top side of the sign holder and press down on the bottom to snap into place.

Mounting the Frame

  • Peel the liner off of the Twist Offs® wall mount adhesive discs.
  • Press firmly onto your desired position on the wall.
  • TIP: Use a level for a precise alignment.
 

Changing Pictures

  • To remove the picture frame from the wall, apply pressure upwards for vertical signs and to the left for horizontal signs.
  • The Twist Offs® mounts will stay on the wall, while the sign holder is free to switch out signs, photos, or mats by following the steps previously detailed in the Assembling the Frame section of these instructions.
  • TIP: If you put the sign in the frame upside down you may need to apply pressure in the opposite directions.
 
  • After swapping signs, reattach the frame to the exact same location by placing the frame back onto the wall mounts. For vertical signs, slide down to secure. For horizontal signs, slide right to secure.

Removing Twist Offs® Wall Mounts

  • To remove the Twist Offs® from the wall, use a coin or screwdriver to rotate the mount until it releases. A twisting action will release the adhesive without causing wall damage.
